Our one and only Barleywine, brewed in the rich Barleywine tradition, which we brew only once every couple of years. This batch was aged for 12 months in select, freshly-emptied Willet Bourbon Barrels.
Long-boiled to concentrate sugars and color, this beer is incredibly smooth for its strength. Notes of Caramel, Grade A Maple syrup, vanilla, raisins, and dried plums. Ready to drink or to Can Age™️ in your cellar for years to come.
